Online Registration Here, On This Website

From Thursday, January 31 until Saturday, March 2, 2019
Whatever age you are on or before the age cutoff dates posted above is the age that determines your registration fee.

Registration will close on Saturday, March 2 at 11:45 PM.  Don’t wait until the last minute to register.  Divisions when filled will close.  Your child will be placed on a waiting list if the division closes or if you register after registration closing.

MasterCard and Visa credit cards will be accepted.  Sorry, checks are no longer accepted.

Both boys and girls must be at least 5 years old on or before August 1, 2019 in order to register.

The online registration will not allow you to make a mistake when registering your child/children.  It is based on the “Team Placement Age Cut-Off Dates,” that are listed below on this page.

If you experience any difficulties in registering and require assistance, please call 844.374.8747 during normal business hours.

Be advised that late registrations will NOT be accepted unless we are short players to field a team.  Divisions when filled will close.  Each division has a pre-established maximum player count.  Once the maximum player count is satisfied the division closes and the child is placed on a waiting list should that occur before the established registration close date.  Once that happens, those on the waitlist are not released until we have enough players to establish another team.

How to Register

To register for any sport with the Fox-Rok Athletic Association go to and click on “Register” that is located in the upper right hand corner of our home page.   You will then need to click on “Create New Account or “Login” if you have already created an account.  As a reminder, you must first have an account before you can register your child/children.  The process is easy.

Once you have created an account, you then need to list your child/children before you can choose a program to play in.  Select “Add Participant.”  Enter the child’s name and complete all of the required fields.  If you have more children to register, don’t select “Next.”  Select “Add Another Participate.”  Once you have added all of your children you should select “Next.”

After you have entered all of your children only then will the system allow you to select the available program for that child or children.  Make your selection.  Continue to complete the necessary fields until you have completed your order.  You will receive an email confirmation after you have successfully completed the process.

After the first time you register your child/children the system will remember your information!  You will only need to update a few lines as opposed to starting from scratch when registering for all other Fox-Rok sports.

Please note, if you want to coach or volunteer in any way you must create an account online and state your interest.  The program is set up to ask if you have a desire to volunteer and in what role.

To get on the mailing list you must create an account online.

2019 Travel Team Tryouts!
Saturday and Sunday March 16 and 17

Travel team tryouts are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday March 16 and 17.  Call backs tryouts will be held on Saturday and Sunday, March 23 and 24.  A schedule has been posted on our "Tryout" page.

Concerning Registrations!

Registration cutoff dates are established mainly to ensure that uniforms and the necessary equipment needs can be identified and ordered in time to be received before the start of the playing season.  This is the case for each sport offering at Fox-Rok A.A.  Occasionally we have situations where we may require additional players to prevent a team or teams from folding and will solicit players by posting these openings on our website.  That is the only time we will accept registrations after the established cutoff date.  This website provides ample notice time for registration of all sports.  On our website, at the top of each sport page, it states the month of when registrations are held and the duration of the season.  It is provided for your planning purposes.

Copy of Birth Certificates Are Required For Travel Baseball!
All travel players will be required to provide a copy of their birth certificate for the purpose of issuing identification cards by the leagues.  Copies will be needed prior to the start of the season.

Attention - All Baseball, Softball Coaches and Assistants!
A word of warning concerning field maintenance!  When it rains NEVER push the wet infield soil mix onto the grass!  To do so ruins the field for the remainder of the season.  We have invested thousands of dollars this year on field maintenance, plus numerous hours of time.  To learn how to care for the fields please make it to our monthly meetings!  Also view the details posted on our "Field Maintenance" page.
We have black Fox-Rok T-Shirts in youth sizes, $12.00 each. We have a few red hoodies left for sale, $35.00 each. To purchase, please contact Harry White at [email protected].  Get one while they last!

Concerning Baseball/Softball Registration and Tryouts!

Posted March 8, 2015

The NEPL (Northeast Peanut League) had changed their cutoff date again from August 1 for both boys and girls to January 1 for girls and May 1 for boys for all of their sports.  Most children go from our home league to the NEPL.  Hence the ripple affect we are were faced with.  This is consistent with MONTCO and the Philadelphia Parks and Recreation’s cutoff dates.

“Travel” baseball/softball is for those who participate in the NEPL, MONTCO and Philadelphia Parks and Recreation leagues.  Typically there are two (2) games per week.  One (1) game at home and the other game is played away at a neighboring location.

Tryouts are based on the age cutoff date for those who wish play in the MONTCO or Philadelphia Parks and Recreation leagues.  If your child/children does not try out, or if he or she does and is not selected, they will automatically play in the NEPL or the appropriate "in-house" league based on their age.  An example of this would be an eight (8) year old doesn't make a travel team they will play in the "in-house" league.

PLEASE NOTE:  Whatever age your child is on January 1, 2017 for girls and May 1, 2017 for boys that is the age they are trying out for!
